Extreme DUI

An extreme DUI/DWI, or driving under the extreme influence of intoxicating liquor, is any DUI where the driver had a BAC between .15 and .19. Mandatory sentences and penalties for extreme DUI include:

• Approximately $2,500 in fines
• At least 30 days in jail (20 of which may be suspended)
• 90 days suspension of your driver's license
• Ignition interlock device for at least 12 months
• Possible community restitution

Super Extreme DUI

A super extreme DUI/DWI is any DUI where the driver had a BAC of .20 or greater. Mandatory sentences and penalties for extreme DUI include:

• Approximately $3,000 in fines
• At least 45 days in jail and up to 180 days
• 90 days suspension of your driver's license
• Ignition interlock device for at least 18 months
• Possible community restitution
