Attorney Robin Puchek is a graduate of Seton Hall University Law School, Newark, New Jersey and is licensed to practice law in Arizona (since 1990). He has worked as a Deputy Maricopa County Attorney in Phoenix from 1990 to 1996.
Attorney Puchek holds the Arizona State Bar Board of Legal Specialization – Criminal Law Specialist since 1999 and has since recertified in 2004, 2010, 2016 and 2021.
Attorney Puchek was selected as one of Arizona’s Finest Lawyers 2011 and the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice (AACJ) presented him with the William Rothstein Award (outstanding rural county defense attorney) in 2014.
Robin has also been Member of Arizona State Bar Ethics Committee from 2015 – 2017 and AACJ presented him with a President’s Commendation (obtaining back-to-back acquittals in rape and attempted rape trials and having a Sexually Violent Person case dismissed all in a single month) in 2017.
From October 2016 through September 2020, Attorney Puchek obtained 13 not guilty jury verdicts in child molestation, sexual conduct with minor and sexual assault cases tried in Mohave County Superior Court while working as a Mohave County Public Defender.
Lastly, Arizona Public Defenders Association presented Attorney Puchek with their Outstanding Attorney Award at their Annual Seminar in 2018 and Mohave County Public Defender’s Office nominated Attorney Puchek for the Arizona State Bar Tom Karas Award (outstanding criminal defense attorney for the State of Arizona) in 2021.
